- Mortgage Operations Administrator Responsibilities;
- Supporting the processing and progression of new lending applications.
- Liaising with brokers, borrowers, solicitors and valuers to obtain documentation and keep cases moving.
- Preparing and issuing documentation while maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
- Assisting with underwriting administration, including ordering valuations, carrying out due diligence checks and monitoring outstanding requirements.
- Supporting the ongoing administration of completed loans, including redemptions, extensions and portfolio management.
- Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring all files remain compliant and up to date.
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Operations Administrator;
- Previous experience within mortgages, bridging finance, property finance, banking or financial services is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
