£35,000 - £50,000 basic salary (DOE) + bonus.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established specialist property finance business with a strong presence in the bridging finance market. Due to an internal promotion, the company is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to maintain and grow relationships with brokers and introducers.

You'll be joining a supportive team with genuine opportunities for progression, working in an office-based environment while also attending face-to-face meetings with clients across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and introducers to generate new bridging finance business.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing intermediary accounts.
  • Meet with brokers both over the phone and face-to-face to promote bridging finance solutions and provide product support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while delivering an outstanding level of service to brokers and introducers.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience as a Bridging BDM (at least 1 year).
  • You must be of commutable distant to Warrington.
