Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary + commission
Location: Mainly remote working. Candidates must be local to Edinburgh. Initial training period in Edinburgh with some face-to-face meetings with introducers and management thereafter.

Mortgage Adviser Responsibilities:
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Manage client relationships throughout the mortgage process
- Work with warm leads supplied by local introducers
- Maintain professional communication with clients and third parties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Collaborate effectively within a small remote team
- Deliver excellent customer service and positive client outcomes
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Adviser:
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a Mortgage Adviser
- New build experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment
- Organised, self-motivated, and professional approach
- Comfortable managing client cases from enquiry through to completion
