- Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Handle new purchase and sales led mortgage enquiries.
- Manage and convert inbound leads from the website and social media.
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the mortgage process.
- Work towards clear sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up leads quickly and consistently to maximise conversion.
- Generate your own mortgage business where possible.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across protection and insurance.
- Take ownership of your pipeline and overall sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team in an office-based environment.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the brokerage.
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;
- Ce MAP qualified and ready to operate as a Mortgage Advisor.
- Ideally 6-18 months' mortgage advising experience.
- Strong sales ability and a genuine hunger to succeed.
- Confident, outgoing and personable.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on conversion.
