Location: Office based in Canvey Island

Company: Our client is a successful brokerage seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of day-to-day sales management while working closely with senior leadership to drive business growth and performance.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of brokers and administrators.
  • Deliver coaching, training and ongoing development to improve team performance.
  • Drive conversion improvements across the sales function.
  • Increase protection sales and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for team queries and day-to-day operational support.
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support wider business objectives.

Experience Needed to Become a Sales Manager:

  • Management experience within a brokerage environment is required.
  • Alternatively, an experienced broker with proven management experience in another setting.
