Mortgage Adviser Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Conduct detailed fact-finds and recommend suitable products
- Manage protection-focused enquiries from initial contact through to completion
- Handle mortgage enquiries and applications where required
- Maintain high levels of customer service and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert provided leads into written business
- Participate in a flexible weekend on-call rota from home
Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Adviser
- Fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- CeMAP or equivalent qualifications
- Strong understanding of mortgage and protection markets
- Experience managing client cases from enquiry through to completion
- Comfortable handling both mortgage and protection business
