The Opportunity

Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy with a dedicated national Rating team and offices across the UK.

Our client is looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor – Associate or Senior level – to be based in the Leeds / Yorkshire region.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Rating background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
  • Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
  • Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
  • Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge

Person Specification/Requirements

  • MRICS / FRICS / IRRV qualified
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
  • Organised, focused and high attention to detail
  • Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
  • Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 to £60,000+ per annum (or more D.O.E.)
