The Opportunity
Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy with a dedicated national Rating team and offices across the UK. Our client is looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor – Associate or Senior level – to be based in the Leeds / Yorkshire region.
Knowledge & Experience
- Rating background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
- Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
- Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
- Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge
Person Specification/Requirements
- MRICS / FRICS / IRRV qualified
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
- Organised, focused and high attention to detail
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
