The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

As our new Trainer you will carry out training sessions to future and current staff in accordance with the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) European Resuscitation Council. This will include following set guidelines and completion of set paperwork. You will ensure that all training equipment is safe to use, with sufficient available to provide all candidates with equal opportunity to succeed and report any potential problems to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions to future and current staff in accordance with RLSS ERC guidelines and RRLP duties, including completing all required paperwork.
  • Ensure training equipment is safe to use and available to provide equal opportunity for all candidates; report any issues to the General Manager.
  • Maintain safe training environments and adhere to policy and procedures from NPLQ.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an NPLQ training role and qualification to carry out the training and assessing you have committed to, as stated by the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and PFP Leisure.
  • Ability to deliver enjoyable training with a friendly manner and to get the most out of your students; adherence to policy and procedures.
