As the Contract Technical (FM) Manager you will have a hands‑on role with a strong HVAC background. You will implement the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and assessed works programme for all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across a number of leisure facilities in the local area. You will work with the wider technical team to identify and correct ad‑hoc remedial work and liaise with third‑party contractors. Through routine maintenance procedures you will ensure compliance with the Company’s Technical, Health support for post‑qualification is provided.
