More About Your Role
You will have responsibility for the Eclipse Leisure and Sunbury Leisure Centre (the Eclipse is a new technologically advanced building costing over 50M). As the Contract Technical (FM) Manager you will have a hands‑on role with a strong HVAC background in the implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and the assessed works programme for all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across a number of leisure facilities in the local area. You will identify and correct any ad‑hoc remedial work, liaise with third‑party contractors, and implement routine maintenance procedures in line with the Company’s Technical, Health.
