More About Your Role

This is a varied and interesting role; as Duty Manager, you will wear many hats, managing, recruiting, and training staff, dealing with customers’ concerns, driving up memberships, preparing reports, and attending meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and you need to be a motivated individual who will take responsibility to lead a team and ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre.

You will need a flexible approach to work, being open to working shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

More About You

Previous experience in a supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility is desirable. You will become one of our registered first aiders, and first‑aid experience will set you apart. We are looking for excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Job Requirements

• Hold a NPLQ qualification.
• First-aid experience (desirable).
• Previous supervisory or management experience in leisure facilities (desired).
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
