Responsibilities
- Take on some Duty Manager duties and help ensure the safe and efficient running of your centre.
- Maintain a high profile with customers and operational staff.
- Act as a mentor and role model and support the training and development of staff.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and social skills, as you\’ll often be the first point of contact for customers.
- Attention to detail to ensure the safety of customers and the cleanliness of the centre and pool environment.
- Responsible for ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to and the preparation of areas and equipment; a hard-working, conscientious attitude with initiative.
- Ideally, you will have National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. Holding the National Pool Plant qualification would be great but is not essential.
