More About Your Role
You will lead the supervision of our customers and other lifeguards, ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervision of customers and lifeguard team while using our swimming pool facilities
- Health and safety of pool users, overseeing operational safety and building compliance
- Deliver first‑class customer service and maintain cleanliness of facilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries
More About You
- A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential
- Full training will be provided if you do not possess a Pool Plant Operations License
- Previous supervisor experience is an advantage
- You must be a competent swimmer and safety conscious while working poolside
