Places Leisure operate The Quays Leisure Centre, Bitterne Leisure Centre, Chamberlayne Leisure Centre, Woodmill Activity Centre, Southampton Water Activities Centre (SWAC), Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre and Alpine Snow Sports on behalf of Southampton City Council. The leisure & sport facilities are the heart of the Southampton communities, and we are currently looking for new people to join the team.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager in delivering the operational objectives of The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex. You will lead and manage the Operations Team – including the line management of the Duty Managers - to ensure the centre runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. In the General Manager’s absence, you will deputise fully, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and wider Contract Management team relationships.
