We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure. You will work in a fun, lively environment with like‑minded people and help inspire others to collaborate and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, you will be full of enthusiasm and love talking with people while motivating them to push themselves to achieve their aims in a safe and encouraging manner. All Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivery of our world‑class Group Workout Programme. However, if you are a motivated and driven individual, we would be happy to support you in achieving this qualification through continuous learning and development opportunities.

You’ll be enthusiastic about delivering group workouts to large and small classes in a fast‑paced environment, keeping a room of people engaged and showing charisma throughout. With strong people skills, you put the customers’ needs at the forefront of everything you do and build personable and meaningful relationships. You have exceptional time management skills. You maintain a focus on continuous personal development, staying up‑to‑date with new industry trends. You comfortably work with customers of all abilities, at any stage of their fitness journey. You work as a team to keep our facilities clean and safe, adhere to regulations and company procedures, and consistently maintain high standards.
