More About Your Role: you will work in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people, helping to inspire others to work together and deliver their best. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities, first aid at work training, swimming teacher qualifications, and various apprenticeship routes.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the supervision of customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
- You will act safely and hold responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and oversee the operations of the building.
- You will maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure customer safety while using the facilities.
- You will deliver first-class customer service in a friendly and professional manner, going above and beyond to meet high standards.
- You will maintain a high standard of cleanliness and implement cleanliness practices as required.
Qualifications: A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
