We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifeguard at Places Leisure. You will work in a lively, fun environment with like-minded colleagues, inspiring teamwork and excellence.

A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is beneficial. If you\’re safety-conscious, a competent swimmer, and eager to develop your skills, we offer continuous learning and development opportunities to support you in obtaining this qualification.

Starting as a Lifeguard can lead to various career paths within Places Leisure, including Operational Management, Sales, Fitness, or Customer Service. We provide ongoing training, competency assessments, and opportunities for first aid, swimming teacher qualifications, and apprenticeships.

More About You

Having a National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
You will supervise customers and fellow lifeguards, ensuring safety and overseeing pool operations.
You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, prioritizing customer safety while they enjoy our facilities.
You will deliver first-class customer service in a friendly, professional manner, aiming to exceed standards.
You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
