As a Leisure Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of leisure services to a wide customer base. You will ensure staff are trained, motivated, and delivering standards of performance at all times. You will work closely with the General Manager, chair staff meetings, carry out staff appraisals, and maintain high morale around the centre. Additionally, you will oversee health and safety standards, including the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning within the Centre.
