More about your role: You’ll help streamline internal workflows, ensuring all communications meet quality standards and projects are delivered on time and in line with brand expectations. You’ll work closely with the Planning Manager and Studio Traffic team to prioritise and track resources for every request. You’ll coordinate department planning activities, support business partners in resource planning cycles, and make prioritisation recommendations. Your role will also involve coordinating workflows to ensure tasks are assigned appropriately and keeping stakeholders informed of progress. Please be advised this is a maternity cover FTC until 31st January 2027.

  • Ability to coordinate tasks within projects and campaigns to ensure deadlines are met and everyone stays on schedule.
  • Experience in planning or marketing coordination roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyse various data and issues and recommend effective solutions, while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining professional, customer-focused relationships across the organisation and within your team.

With experience in planning or marketing coordination, you’re a strong problem solver who can handle diverse data and issues, offering effective solutions while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You’ll build and maintain professional, customer-focused relationships across the organisation and your team. Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise. You should be familiar with marketing operations, tracking tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software like Monday.com.
