As Store Manager you will manage all aspects of our coffee shop, consistently aiming to drive the best performance from your store and team. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, lead by example, and provide exceptional customer service. Your duties include handling administrative responsibilities such as sales targets, stock management, cost control, and profit‑and‑loss accounts. You must create a professional and enjoyable working environment while ensuring health and safety and the highest standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times.
We’re looking for someone with experience operating high‑quality hospitality or retail, a natural enthusiasm for the task in hand, and the ability to develop and motivate a team to a very high standard.
