We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure, where you will be working in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people. You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, you will be full of enthusiasm and love talking with people whilst motivating them to push themselves to achieve their aims in a safe and encouraging manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention and engaging participants.
- Use strong people skills to put customers’ needs first and build personable, meaningful relationships.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management.
- Maintain ongoing personal development by staying knowledgeable and keeping up with new trends in the industry.
- Work with customers of all abilities, supporting them at their current stage in their fitness journey.
- Work as part of a team to keep facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications and expectations
All Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivery of our world-class Group Workout Programme. If you do not currently hold this qualification, the role offers continuous learning and development opportunities, and we would be happy to support you in achieving it.
