More About Your Role
As Duty Manager you will wear many hats: managing, recruiting and training staff, dealing with customer concerns, driving up memberships, preparing reports and attending meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and you will need to be a motivated individual who takes responsibility for leading a team and ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre. A flexible approach to work is required, including shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility is desirable. You should hold a NPLQ qualification and be registered as a first aider – first aid experience will set you apart from other candidates. Excellent customer service and leadership skills are essential.
