Responsibilities
- Supervise our customers and other lifeguards while using the swimming and pool facilities.
- Act safely and maintain responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and for the overall operations of the building.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail to safeguard the safety of users during facility use.
- Deliver first‑class customer service and handle customer interactions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Ensure the facility remains clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
- A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
- A competent swimmer, safety conscious, eager to gain valuable life skills, and supported by continuous learning opportunities.
- Competent in first aid and willing to complete any additional in‑service training.
