Please note: an Assessment centre will be held for these roles on Tuesday the 29th of September between 10am - 1pm.
The working role pattern is - Monday to Friday 8am-6pm &1 in 4 weekends.
To deliver an efficient, first-class service, first time, every time; ensuring a consistent, high quality, customer focussed service is delivered through Northumberland Leisure Centre's Contact Centre
You will be required to answer between 40-60 calls within a busy contact centre environment.
You will be dealing with calls and enquiries from members of the public, staff, businesses, and visitors of our Leisure Centres across the country by telephone resolving as many queries as possible at the first point of contact.

It is desirable that you have experience within working in a busy Customer Service/Contact Centre environment and can interact effectively with customers, via telephone system.
