Role Overview
As the Contract Technical (FM) Manager you will have a hands‑on role with a strong HVAC background. You will implement the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and assessed works programme for all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across a number of leisure facilities in the local area. You will work with the wider technical team to identify and correct ad‑hoc remedial work and liaise with third‑party contractors. Through routine maintenance procedures you will ensure compliance with the Company’s Technical, Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and efficient utilisation of fuels and water.
Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for the Eclipse Leisure and Sunbury Leisure Centre, including the new technologically advanced Eclipse building.
Qualifications
- Strong background in trades/handywork and experience working with contractors, including negotiating scope of works and creating snag lists.
- Qualified to ONC or City & Guilds in either Electrical or Heating & Ventilation Services.
- Having a Pool Plant Operators Certificate is advantageous; support for post‑qualification is provided.
