More about your role

The Contract Business Manager will lead on the development of the commercial strategy and operational delivery for the contract, driving EBIT growth through targeted revenue generation, cost optimisation, and strategic business planning. This role is responsible for enhancing membership acquisition and retention, analysing profitability, and scaling successful commercial models to maximise impact.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local processes, conducting regular cost reviews and leading targeting campaigns to drive new member acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Leisure Industry. Change management experience and a proven track record of business planning alongside development of business is desired. In addition, experience of working with digital platforms is desired.

  • A proven track record of working within change management and business planning,
  • Experience in developing and executing business plans aligned with organisational goals,

  • The ability to make data driven decisions.
