Overview

You will ensure high standards are maintained at all times. You will assist in food preparation, complying with all Health & Safety and Food hygiene policies whilst prioritising the presentation and cleanliness of all catering areas. A large part of your role will be to represent the company by operating a high standard of customer service to all our visitors. At Places for People, safeguarding is everyone\'s responsibility. Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards.
  • Provide high standard customer service to visitors and represent the company professionally.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns to protect customers and colleagues.
  • Support a safe, secure working environment through pre-employment checks where applicable (DBS).

Qualifications

You will have experience of working within a catering or retail role, with an awareness of allergen and hygiene standards. You should have a good background knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations as well as current food standard policies. You will have a personable and friendly manner and ideally be used to dealing with a wide range of customers.
