Places for People Group is seeking a Swimming Coordinator to lead the swim programme across our leisure facilities. You will schedule 1:1 lessons, coordinate school swim programmes and manage Swim Instructors, motivating pupils to become confident pool users and helping swimmers achieve fitness goals.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in swimming and a commercial background, with a commitment to ongoing CPD and knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway.
