More About Your Role
As our new Trainer, you will carry out training sessions to future and current staff in accordance with the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) European Resuscitation Council. This will include following set guidelines and completion of set paperwork. As part of your role, you will ensure that all training equipment is safe to use, with sufficient available to provide all candidates with equal opportunity to succeed and report any potential problems to the General Manager.
More About You
You will have experience working in an NPLQ training role and will be qualified to carry out the training and assessing you have committed to. You should be qualified as stated by the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and PFP Leisure. With a passion for delivering enjoyable training and adhering to policy and procedures from NPLQ, you will have a friendly manner and be able to get the most out of your students.
