More about your role

Your role as Badminton Coach will be to instruct and motivate pupils whilst following Badminton England guidelines. You will be responsible for the set-up of equipment making sure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to. You will offer advice and support to all pupils when necessary meaning an up to date knowledge of the latest developments in Badminton England is vital for this role. You will be required to prepare lesson plans and help co-ordinate holiday activities/sessions where needed.

More about you

You will hold a minimum of Level 1 Badminton coaching qualification along with previous experience in a coaching environment. You should have experience working within a customer focused role and have the ability to plan and organise whilst prioritising your workload.
