As a House Manager / House Warden, you will play a vital role in keeping our residential community safe, well-managed and welcoming. You will be a visible presence on site, supporting residents, monitoring safety and security, and ensuring communal areas are well maintained.
You will carry out regular inspections of the building and estate, report repairs and health and safety risks, and work closely with Property Managers, managing agents and contractors. Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal professionally with residents and contractors are essential.

As our House Manager / House Warden, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security and smooth day-to-day running of the property. You are organised and proactive, happy to report concerns, supervise contractors and follow clear procedures.
