One of the UK's largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group are currently recruiting for a Debt Recovery Liaison Analyst to join our team.

Where will I be working?
This is a full-time office-based role working at our offices in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR), ideally working 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in delivering efficient services to Back Office and Property Managers.
- Manage relationships with Property Managers and schedule quarterly review meetings.
- Analyse and resolve operational issues to minimise business impact.
- Produce reports to identify trends, potential problems, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and systems to support operational delivery.
- Resolve customer queries escalated from Property Managers and external debt collection solicitors.
- Provide support to other teams and managers as required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working to SLAs and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Basic - intermediate Excel skills (knowledge of vlook ups & formulas etc would be an advantage)
- The ability to interpret data effectively.
- Flexible and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Previous experience in Credit Control or Debt Recovery would be an advantage
