We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of the Sales Teams at Beechwood Park and Button House, ensuring alignment with Brio's customer experience strategy and sales objectives.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the development and support of Sales Advisors. In addition to increasing conversion rates for the sales team, you will manage and monitor the full sales pipeline.
