More About Your Role

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will ensure that the site is well maintained and technical issues minimised. This role is based on site Monday to Friday at PinnPoint, Uxbridge UB10 0WN with working hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm (with a 1-hour lunch break). On a daily basis, you will assist with health and safety issues and ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained throughout the site. In addition, you will assist in the procurement of goods and residents with ad hoc requests. A basic DBS check is mandatory.

More about you

The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience. Previous experience within hospitality is also desired though not essential. The successful candidate will have:

  • A trades background
  • Plumbing and decorating experience
  • Mechanical/electrical qualifications
