As the UK's leading Social Enterprise, we are dedicated to creating inclusive and thriving communities for customers and employees.

You will work closely with the Treasury, Tax and Legal leadership teams to provide specialist legal support across treasury and wider group finance activities. You will take a lead role on banking and financing arrangements, working with external lawyers, lenders and internal stakeholders to deliver complex transactions including loan agreements, bond programmes and refinancing activity. You will manage key relationships with banks, trustees and legal partners, ensuring compliance with loan agreements and regulatory requirements. You'll also lead on securitisation and property-related legal work, including security releases, portfolio transactions and Land Registry processes. You will provide strategic legal advice on treasury initiatives, supporting high-value decisions and continuous improvement of legal processes. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you'll act as a trusted adviser across the business, supporting internal lending arrangements, maintaining security documentation and contributing to wider legal and treasury projects.

Essential Criteria

You are a proactive and experienced legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You are confident operating independently, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines. You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and bring a commercial mindset to your legal advice. You are comfortable working across finance and legal teams, and you take pride in providing clear, practical guidance that supports business objectives while maintaining compliance and legal integrity.
