We're looking for a passionate and experienced PfP Thrive Tutor (Housing Professional) to join our Academy team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality Housing Professional qualifications (up to Level 5), supporting both internal and external learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the housing sector. With a strong focus on repairs and maintenance within social housing, you'll bring learning to life through engaging, practical delivery that enables learners to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
This role will involve mainly working from home but will also include occasional travel to multiple locations across the UK, so a full, clean driving license is essential. You will be entitled to an allowance to contribute to the upkeep of your vehicle and it is possible to claim back mileage.
Essential Criteria:
- Level 5 Housing qualification or significant senior-level experience in the housing sector
- Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance within social housing, including legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training or facilitating groups
More About You:
You may have a background in coaching and training, supporting or leading on developing presentations, communication, and creating materials like PowerPoint slides and progress reports. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build effective relationships across various levels. Ideally, you have experience in people management, lesson planning, and IT software. You should hold or be willing to work towards qualifications in education and assessment (A1/TAQA/CAVA) (AET).
