Working as part of our onsite Concierge Team, the Housekeeping Assistant will play a vital part in ensuring all parts of our communities are well presented and maintained throughout, providing the best first impression that continues throughout the customer experience.

As a Housekeeper for Brio, your role will be varied but will primarily involve:

  • General cleaning (sweeping/mopping/dusting/vacuuming) of designated communal areas, back of house and apartment blocks, ensuring they remain clean and tidy at all times.

Please note this role is for 10 hours per week - 5 days a week, 2 hours a day, either 7-9am or 5-7pm. At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment, so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic applicants who have a proven track record of offering the highest levels of customer service. You will have exemplary levels of cleanliness and be able to ‘spot mess' that others can't. You will have an awareness of Health and Safety, COSHH regulations, safe working practices & chemical materials. It is important that you have basic IT skills in order to carry out your day-to-day role successfully, as well as having a good telephone manner with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the job is done correctly.
