Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business. This role is based at Touchstone Glasgow working Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.00pm and Friday 9am – 4pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working with at least 2 days based in the office. Site visits will be required More about your role You will provide day-to-day support for your customers, being the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints. You will work with the Operations Manager to resolve formal complaints and manage property repairs. It is essential that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external clients.
