Reporting to the Reporting & Reconciliations Manager, we are looking to recruit a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant on a Fixed term basis until February 2027. After an initial period of training (approx. 2 weeks), we are able to offer hybrid working.
As a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production of management information for clients and internally, through the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. On a daily basis, you will respond to ad hoc financial queries, providing support to the property teams and accounts administrators, ensuring data integrity. Attending client meetings is also expected.
At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in an administration role
- Experience with MS packages such as Excel
- Possess or studying towards an AAT Qualification
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
