More about your role
We\’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Fleet Manager to lead both the transformation of our fleet operations and the effective day-to-day running of a large, complex fleet. With around 1,000 commercial vehicles and 300 company cars, this role is vital to ensuring our operations stay legally compliant, customer-focused, and commercially sound—while evolving to meet future needs.
You\’ll be responsible for modernising systems and processes, shaping a long-term fleet strategy, and embedding a high-performance culture within a small, dedicated team. At the same time, you\’ll take full ownership of the BAU essentials—overseeing the full vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, ensuring operational compliance, and managing supplier performance.
Your ability to juggle transformation with consistency will be key. You\’ll ensure our fleet continues to support the business effectively today, while leading the transition to electric vehicles for tomorrow – from strategic planning and infrastructure delivery to supporting procurement. Collaborating with stakeholders, you\’ll ensure smooth integration and monitor performance,
