More about your role Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead (Programme Manager), we are looking to recruit a Scrum Master on a permanent basis.
As an agile delivery specialist, you'll enable teams to deliver value effectively by facilitating Scrum ceremonies that are focused, efficient, and outcome driven.
You'll remove delivery impediments, manage dependencies, and protect teams from unnecessary disruption, while coaching them to embed agile mindset and best practice.
Working closely with Product and Project Managers, you'll support backlog refinement and prioritisation, promote data driven delivery through meaningful metrics, and champion agile ways of working across Places for People to drive collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
We're also looking for you to have the experience or curiosity to utilise AI tools as part of your role.
At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More about you The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Scrum Master.
Experience of working with AI tools and a data driven mindset are desired.
Experience as Scrum Master Knowledge and use of Dev Ops/ Agile/ Kanban delivery tooling (e. g., Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Monday. com, Asana).
Experience working with cross-functional teams which comprise a variety of Business and IT roles.
A track record of working within a Housing Association Ability to produce clear metrics and communicate progress to technical and non technical audiences.
