Places Leisure, part of the Places for People Group, is seeking a Placemaker in Romsey to create a welcoming environment for customers and help them discover the right membership or programme. You will use our systems to follow up enquiries, support sales and manage transactions with accuracy, while contributing to overall customer engagement and spend across the centre.
You will work with a team in a busy leisure centre, providing excellent service and maintaining data procedures.
