More About Your Role
- Set up and manage a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects or programmes that deliver measurable impact for the local community, with a focus on tackling health inequalities.
- Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by your line manager in line with current data protection protocols.
- In line with relevant training or qualifications held, deliver specific Healthy Community projects or programmes such as Exercise Referral, gym‑based classes or falls prevention according to the parameters discussed with your line manager.
More About You
- Qualified instructor in a relevant discipline able to deliver sessions independently, e.g. Gym Level 3, NGB Level 2 or higher.
- Experienced in planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
- Passion for improving the health of the local community.
- Ability to use MS tools.
