We are looking to recruit a Property Sales Officer to join our dynamic and developing Property Sales team. In this role, you will deliver a full sales administration service for the Property Sales function, ensuring an excellent experience for all customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full sales administration service, ensuring an excellent experience for customers and stakeholders.
  • Handle statutory sales to tenant options, lease extensions, and resale processes, managing all sales and resales in line with legislative requirements, individual leases and transfers, and internal SLAs.
  • Liaise with existing customers, prospective buyers, solicitors, estate agents, and internal business areas across Places for People.
  • Tailor your approach to reflect individual customer needs, consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Work from the Preston office twice a week on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a property sales environment or a university graduate in the legal sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, a calm telephone manner and ability to produce professional written communications.
  • Basic DBS check required.
