Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business. \n This role is based at Touchstone Glasgow working Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.00pm and Friday 9am - 4pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working with at least 2 days based in the office. Site visits will be required \n More about your role \n You will provide day-to-day support for your customers, being the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints.
