More About Your Role
As a Transaction Manager, you will lead and deliver a varied programme of property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring activity is completed in line with business targets, budgets and timescales. You will manage transactions from appraisal through to completion, including valuations, negotiations, contract coordination and resolving issues along the way. You will take ownership of reporting and regulatory requirements, while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as local authorities, solicitors and surveyors. You will also contribute to financial forecasting, project reporting and market insight, supporting wider investment strategy and helping to drive performance, collaboration and accountability across the team.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience managing property sales and disposals, including private treaty and auction processes
- Demonstrable experience of negotiating sales and overseeing conveyancing transactions through to completion
- Strong knowledge of reviewing lease, funding and charge documentation related to property sales
- Advanced IT skills, including use of Microsoft systems and property or asset management systems
- Experience managing multiple transactions/projects simultaneously while meeting targets and deadlines
- Auction experience preferable but not essential
