We are looking to recruit a Senior People Administrator on a part‑time basis (3 days a week, 9 am – 4 pm) until March 2027. We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring robust DBS compliance. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing pre‑employment checks, ensuring all candidates meet required safeguarding standards. On a daily basis you will lead the administration and tracking of DBS checks for Colleagues where required, and act as a subject‑matter expert for DBS and pre‑employment screening, providing guidance to hiring managers and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working with an HR/Administration role
  • A track record of navigating multiple HR systems
  • High levels of attention to detail with experience quality checking confidential information
  • Familiarity with the employee lifecycle
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment in a similar HR role
