We are hiring a Senior People Administrator to work 3 days a week (9am – 4pm) until March 2027. This role supports our HR team by ensuring robust DBS compliance, managing pre‑employment checks, and maintaining high safeguarding standards. You will act as the subject matter expert for DBS and pre‑employment screening, providing guidance to hiring managers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and tracking of DBS checks for colleagues where required.
- Manage and oversee pre‑employment checks to ensure all candidates meet safeguarding standards.
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and colleagues on DBS and pre‑employment screening.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of DBS and safeguarding policies and procedures.
