More about your role
This is a Fixed Term opportunity until September 2027. You will play a key role in shaping how we use people data and learning systems across the business. As our People Data and Learning Systems Manager, you will lead a team that effectively manages our Learning Management System (Places Academy) and associated digital learning content. You will also be responsible for fulfilling all requirements relating to People Data requests. You will oversee system administration, lead projects to improve and implement system changes, and manage a small team to deliver high-quality data, reporting and learning system support. Working closely with stakeholders across People, IT and the wider business, you will translate requirements into practical solutions, using data and insights to support informed decision‑making.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience working with a variety of systems, ideally a learning management system (LMS)
- Strong analytical skills and extremely comfortable and competent with the use of data to turn insights into clear recommendations
- Demonstrable project management experience and the ability to manage multiple workstreams as well as manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.

You will enjoy working with data, spotting trends and opportunities, and using your analytical skills to influence outcomes. You are organised, confident managing multiple projects, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also be a supportive and inclusive leader, focused on developing your team and driving continuous improvement. You will be a valued member of the Talent & Development Management team, managing three direct reports and a total team of 7.
